🎓 How to use the Meeting Time Finder
Type the name of each city your team members are in. Start typing and select from the dropdown. Add up to 5 locations, or use a preset for common team combos.
Choose a meeting date, duration (30 min to 2 hours), and your business hours window. The tool only shows slots that fall within those hours for all cities.
Press Find best times. Green slots in the timeline show when all cities are in business hours. The top suggestions are ranked with the least antisocial hours first.
Press Copy share link to get a URL with your cities pre-loaded. Share it with your team so everyone sees the same view in their local time.
