How to use a meeting timer
A meeting timer keeps everyone focused by turning the agenda into timed segments. Instead of watching the clock, your team follows checkpoints (with optional chimes) that signal when to move on. This is especially helpful for standups, sprint ceremonies, interviews, presentations, and any time-boxed discussion.
Choose a preset or build your own agenda
- Standup timer (15 min) — daily updates and blockers
- Presentation timer (10 min) — intro, talk, Q&A
- 15 minute meeting timer — quick sync
- 30 minute agenda timer — opening, main, wrap-up
- Sales call timer — discovery, demo, objections, close

Checkpoint chimes (custom)
In addition to boundary chimes between segments, you can enable custom checkpoint chimes like 5 minutes remaining and 2 minutes remaining inside each segment. These are great for keeping discussions tight and ensuring you always leave time for wrap-up.
Fullscreen + big-room mode
For meeting rooms, switch to fullscreen and big-room display so the timer is readable from a distance. Use this for standups, workshops, or presentations.
