About Clock7 Clock Widget

The Clock7 Clock Widget is a free tool that lets you create an embeddable analog or digital clock for your website, blog, portfolio, or dashboard. You can choose from multiple styles, customize the size, and copy a simple iframe embed code.

How it works

When you embed the widget, it runs in your visitor’s browser. That means the clock automatically shows the visitor’s local time without asking for GPS permission. If your website is viewed from London, it shows London time; if it’s viewed from Australia, it shows Australia time.

Who can use it

  • Bloggers who want a clean “Local Time” widget in the sidebar
  • Business websites and landing pages
  • Dashboards, internal tools, and productivity pages
  • Students and creators building personal sites

Does it expire?

No. When you click “Generate Widget”, Clock7 saves the widget configuration on the server (file-based JSON, similar to the Countdowns portal). Your embed URL stays active until you remove the embed code from your site.

Privacy-friendly

This tool uses the visitor’s browser timezone to display local time. It does not request precise GPS location.
